Bugs, data problems and feature requests

Open an issue on GitHub. This is the best route for anything specific: a page that breaks, a line whose numbers look wrong, a chart that is hard to read, or a feature you would like to see.

A good report says what you expected, what you saw instead, and — for data problems — which line and roughly when. Issues are public, so anyone else hitting the same thing can find it.

A note on scope

STCPontual measures the bus service; it is not connected to the people who run it. If you need to report a problem with an actual journey — a driver, a cancelled trip, a fare — that has to go to STCP directly. Nothing sent here reaches them.
